"I have lived here for years with no real problems. The last year I have had a noisey neighbor above me, threatening me and my children. Management has done NOTHING!! Literally nothing. I have never had problems with the manager before and genuinely enjoyed her, but now, she knows of the woman threatening me and I have even brought her a witness. She has done nothing. She doesnt care about my personal safety or my childrens, nor does she care about me being able to have peace in my home. It's ridiculous."
"The manager need to be fired!!! She closed the pool on the kids and doesn’t keep it open anyways even tho it’s hot and it’s summer. She now has a time when the laundry mat is opened and closed to where you can’t get your clothes even tho she’s never did that before. Would not recommend trying to stay here she’s rude and the people that work for her as well we need a new manager here! And we need our clothes she will be taken to court"
"My mom has been displaced since Harvey hit last year. I called the apartments for an update to find out when available units will be ready. Barbara, or whatver her name is, basically told me that I have to bring my mom in with her I.D. to find out when/if any units are available. Let me get this straight, I have to take off work, drive from Houston, and HOPE that there is an apartment available. Dumbest ish I've ever heard of. I feel sorry for the other displaced people who have nowhere to go and are currently in other states. Do better management!!!"
