"These dorms are beautiful! From my experience, the rooms are truly amazing! I love how everything is done from the interior to the exterior and even with small damages, they get fixed immediately! I personally have no complaints because throughout my experience living here , I’ve received instant help even on the weekends from RA’s when maintenance isn’t available. Again , I truly love the buildings , only thing I would add is having 2 separate buildings for actual students from age 18-25 and then another building for more older students trying to attend school as well ."
"The management of this company is horrible and all they care about is money. I have had my room broken into by a roommate, I have been harassed and assaulted in that building multiple times by the same ex roommate and they do not care to do anything about it. I have been waiting for someone to contact me for 2 weeks and I was locked out of my dorm for 2 months because maintenance had changed my locks without telling me. I do not recommend staying here at all. They are VERY unprofessional."
"Moved into 2 different rooms both were filthy and one even had mold on the ground. Refund takes months to receive. Been waiting almost 4 months for one."
"I do not recommend. Maintenance takes FOREVER to fix things. Staff doesn’t care about the life of the students. There would be times where we had storms and the power was out for days. There are students who aren’t from the state of texas who had their food spoiled and had to sit in the dark for DAYS. Nobody came to check on the property. The water pressure is LOW and They also paint over mold to make it look as if it’s not there. They are always worried about the wrong thing! Someone was literally held at gun point ON THE 3rd FLOOR like 2 or 3 years ago not a lot of people were notified. Fast forward to now there was someone with a weapon that lived there who used to go outside at night and shoot at the water and walk back in with it! I thought this was supposed to be a safe place for students ?? Ask any graduated student who lived there, they would agree with me 100%! I hate that I have to come on here and put a low rating bc I wanted to like these apartments sooo bad but the TRUTH needs to come to LIGHT! I hope you all read this and take notes!"
"These apartments have zero cameras in the building that work I do not suggest living here. The staff are very rude and unprofessional."
