"It is very hard to get in touch with a live person in the office. Messages are not returned. The website needs to have information on how to sign up for automatic payments. Still waiting several weeks for a maintenance request. Residents should not have to pay for a light bulb to be charged."

"I applied for an apartment and submitted my application and fee. Silverleaf cashed my check but never contacted me back to let me know if i was approved. I contacted amber several times to find out if i was approved or not. However, she never contacted me back."
