"They wanted everyone’s ID that was going to be in the rooms, we didn’t know that up front cause not everyone that was going to be in the room had their ID with them so they wouldn’t give us the rooms and both rooms were already paid for and they refused to give our money back. That’s really bad for business to take peoples money. They should probably let people know up front about that or at least give people their money back. I had the $100 deposit but it should be put that EVERYONE over the age of 18 that is going to be in the rooms must have a ID so no one else is misled."
"This place is NOT good by far!! Very misleading ratings!! Dirty rooms, dirty linens & blankets on the bed!! Thank God I happened to have my own blanket & pillow!! Extremely out dated unpleasant rooms & they have the nerve to CHARGE EXTRA for pets when ROOMS are already DISGUSTING complete with ROACHES on microwave & refrigerator upon arrival!!! Will be adding photos Re: your reply.. So...all you care about & care to reply to, is pet charge comment, which your reply is absolutely not true, in my experiences of extensive travel.. "instead of you being concerned for your customers" and addressing & offering compensation to your paying customers for FILTHY rooms & blankets etc.. Could not stay!!!"
"Front Desk Staff Is Polite & Friendly. Deposit REFUNDABLE If Room Still In Place.Management Fast Checking Out Room, Before Entering Entrance Of The Motel All Checkout Process Is Already Completed.. 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND"
"I was on way home for Christmas but unfortunately my truck broke down on Christmas eve. I was able to pull it into the Best Price Motel parking lot. I would just like to personally thank Sabrina, Savannah, Ms. Jess and the male manager sorry I didn't get your name for going above and beyond to make my stay there very pleasant. I will be recommending this motel to all my trucker friends and this will be my go to spot when I am in the Orange area. FYI (they have big truck parking which is awesome and amazing)"
"I have a service dog. I paid a $10.00 fee for my dog to stay. No big deal. But when you go to get a cup of coffee and told No Dog can come in. You tell the lady behind the desk your is a service Dog. She states ma'am is no dogs. Good luck. You just got my last dollar"
