"We were heading for a different hotel but decided to stop early. It was late. The gentleman, Jason, at the front desk was polite cordial. The room was spacious and clean. They had a lot of rain and had a dryer going on the hall carpet. The breakfast was full coverage! Even had bananas, which is rare in most hotels since 2020. Overall, comfy and pleasant."
"This hotel is bad and I mean VERY bad. I chose to stay here cause out of the 3 hotels nearby, this one had the "best" reviews. THEY ARE WRONG. I first get here and walk in and there is a terrible odor in the lobby, then start walking through the building and the smell or mildew reeks throughout the entire building and just intensifies the further into the building you go. The single king bed room I paid for had space, but the TV was no where near the bed and or did I mention it stunk to high hell of mildew and wet carpet?? Did I mention that already? Save your money and stay somewhere else."
"I cannot say how thankfully and appreciative I am for Courtney and Jason. My husband's battery died on the way to location for work. He had to leave it running so it would not die overnight. Courtney and Jason both went above and beyond to help him and make sure his truck did not die over night. It went from a very rough day to very thankful for these two individuals. If you need a good place to stay with a staff who looks out for there customers and goes above and beyond stay here. Thank you for your kindness, Angela L"
"We had a nice stay. Rooms were clean, bed was comfy and they had a good breakfast spread. We didn't hear our neighbors or the elevator, which was nice. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Bathrooms need some updating and the AC was a bit loud, but not too much to complain about."
"I had a excellent stay ! Very comfortable and relaxing. I was greeted with a Smile and Thanked for Been a Elite Member. There is nothing I could have asked for because all my needs and wants was met. The stay Was great and the room was very clean. For the breakfast I was very happy and the lobby was clean and kept tidy. I Highly recommend Best Western!"
