"I called 3 days ago (Friday) inquiring about a washer and dryer. Tim, the sales associate was really friendly at first, he even called me back after hours to let me know I was approved. He said that he talked to his manager and they were going to give me a "great" deal on a set that would for sure be delivered Monday morning. He said he would call me first thing Monday morning and claimed that they didn't have ANY deliveries that morning so they should be able to put me on the schedule for them do be delivered early. It's 2:30pm on Monday, the day this was supposed to occur, and I had not heard anything back so I called the store. Tim answers and says that he's going to have someone call me back because the washer and dryer didn't get delivered today. (Pretending as if he wasn't the one I spoke to originally) So I asked him if he was who I talked to on Friday and he says yes. I ask why he didn't call and inform me this morning like he said he would. He said he's been "busy" and now he's playing catch up. I him it was unprofessional to assure something and then not stick to your word. He then said that it's not his fault that he has been out all day. If he really was out all day, someone could've called me. The manager even. I've been waiting on them to call and get the ball rolling all to find out that it's not happening. And I had to reach out to them. Not vice versa. It wouldve been nice to know something, keep me informed. I asked if they had any other washers and dryers but he said they didn't although the website says they do. I'm extremely dissatisfied and annoyed at this point. I'll be taking my business elsewhere, so should you."

"Management is a complete waste of time. He (Mike) never returns phone calls and when there is an issue it is always the customer's fault. Went in and got an air conditioner, after the panel shorted out I was told that it was an issue with that particular brand and that a loaner would be provided. THREE months later, I was told that the item could not be replaced because of a supply shortage. The loaner i was provided is smaller and severely damaged. Despite this issue, I offered to pay out the remainder of the contract the manager, who allegedly spoke with the regional manager who offered to take 70.00 off the total price. After several attempts, which required speaking with the regional manager, the issue was resolved. Additionally, I was severely injured at work and filed for RAC Benefits. The manager was absolutely clueless on the process and months later alleged that my claim had been denied due to me being a co-borrower. During this time he was provided my new number and constantly had a good email address for me. He sought the primary borrower and threatened to sue her for the products. After this fiasco Mike alleged that he did not have good contact information for me and made it out to be my fault. Rule of thumb for being a manager: admit when you make a mistake and only if necessary blame the customer. THIS LOCATION IS AWEFUL. While there are some wonderful employees there are some major management issues that need to be addressed. Such as returning phone calls. Will NEVER do business there again and I strongly advise anyone considering it to think twice!!!!!"
