The Reserve at Cypresswood

"The people that I spoke with were very friendly and tried to be very helpful, but I feel we’re lacking in full knowledge of what they had available. I was told that I had to apply online and that that’s where I need to start and that they had apartments coming open in the middle of the next month. When I was contacted by phone, I was told they have no apartments available and that I cannot fill out an application unless there’s apartment available to lease. Sorry that there is not waiting list a place where I can put my name. The department is ideally located for my employment and the facilities appeared to be very nice"

"If I could give Zero stars, I would. I do not recommend renting from this place. Property management is a joke. We were never notified when managers were changed. I was emailing a person who was no longer property manager for 3 months. When I called to talk to Gina I kept getting the run around. Come to finally talk to someone, 2 weeks ago, they tell me Gina hasn't been with them for a while... What?? So, now I've had to reintroduce my issues with a new property manager, who seems dismissive and evasive. As soon as I can, I'm out."

"We have stayed at the Reserve at Cypresswood for almost a year now. The complex is quiet and pleasant. There is good sound insulation between the units, so we never hear our neighbors (except for the people above us walking around, but that is to be expected). An employee picks up litter around the complex regularly so the grounds are trash free. Due to covid, the gym has been closed and the pool has been closed for almost our whole stay. While the pool was open, it was wonderful! Large enough to not feel crowded even with other residents using it. The office employees have always been friendly and any time we've had a maintenance issue, it's always been addressed quickly. My only criticisms would be that there are a lot of weeds growing between cracks in the sidewalks/parking lot/pool area that could easily be kept down with regular use of weed killer. Also there is a lot of dog poop around the grassy area, maybe adding a few more dog poop bag stations around the complex might help with that. But for the most part, our stay here has been a pleasant one. I would recommend."
