"The new manager, Cherokee, is the BEST!! My AC unit had been out for a month, and I kept trying to call the maintenance line and got the run around every time for almost TWO MONTHS! I went to her office when she was there, and she immediately put me on the list to be serviced, the guy came out the next day! She was super awesome and really cool!"

"All itex properties in Orange, TX are poorly ran. Nothing is fixed on time. The managers come and go. When one manager left I was stuck with a 1200 bill that had been accumulating by all means if you have to move there do so but I recommend not doing so"
"I don’t get how 588 is low income?! All she did is punch numbers on her calculator she didn’t even know my income. I’m looking for a place around orange it’s only for me and my daughter. No one else... ridiculous!!! I don’t make enough for a one bedroom. Smh"
