"My husband and I had an appointment with Penny on Saturday to view one of the upgraded apartments. Penny was great with explaining everything we needed to know. The Apartment was perfect from the floors, the fixtures, and the wood blinds. It was the freshness that we needed. We hope to be moving here soon!!"
"just don’t do it. at first they reel you in and make it seem great. the manager penny begs you nonstop to leave a 5 star review before even moving in so that she looks good. we had nothing but problems from them with ac issues that they refused to fix and which i then had to get more people involved than what should have been. then when doing so i was threatened with harassment because i needed my ac fixed during the hottest months of the year. this apartment had many mold issues and everytime it was brought to their attention i was told i needed to fix it myself. when they finally came all they did was paint over it! the maintenance men are another story they are just a mess themselves. penny also loves to become your “friend” and talk to you in the office telling you things about other tenants as well as showing you nasty messages between her and other staff in which she was fired for at one point. i have proof of everything so feel free to reach out! just save your money, your time & your sanity…it’s not worth it!"
"Mrs. Penny was a pleasure to work with and the property she manages is very well maintained. I have been struggling to find an affordable and maintained apartment complex with all the amenities I wanted, Pine Hollow has it all! Mrs. Penny went out of her way to show me an apartment even though I did not have a scheduled appointment. I am a single mother of a young child and she helped me ensured that he was comfortable and entertained while going over the paperwork. I would highly recommend Pine Hollow!"
"Penny went above and beyond to get us moved in quickly and made sure we got the apartment we wanted. She made the process easy and communicated well with us along the way. The neighborhood feels safe and quiet. We like that it’s right next to a cow pasture, giving it a country feel. The upgraded apartments are really nice and worth getting. Our overall experience has been very good so far."
