"Going ghetto... many have family staying with them, speed through here, throw trash in driveway, park where they aren't supposed to, rules not enforced. Very disappointing in the last 2 years or so. Need to do last minute and weekend inspections on tenants. Just waiting to move."

"Im not sure what the apartments are like but getting a hold of anyone is impossible. I've been trying for over a month. I have called and left messages when possible. Sometimes it tells you messages is off and won't let you leave a message. I have never recieved a call back. I have gone by the location multiple times. No one is ever in the office."
"Great Senior Citizen Complex with an outstanding manager in Amanda and an honest, thoughtful and kind maintenance crew in Jerry and Max. Arbor Pines is quite and peaceful. Well maintained and managed. I have lived here since it first opened and I'm beginning my 10th year as a resident here. For me, there has been 3 bumps in the road during my residency, but with truth and time on my side, the road is smooth now. If by chance you are fortunate enough to catch one of these apartments available, count your blessings. If you mind your own business and don't concern yourself with what others are doing, it will all work out positively. So as it is with life."
"I'm a resident here, I've been here for almost six years, I like my apartment, i keep to myself, I'm quiet and don't bother anybody, but there are people out here who like to stir up trouble and take it upon themselves to try and intimidate their neighbors because they are not getting attention they think they should have, so they vandalize your property or try to create confusion with other neighbors. I tried talking to Amanda, so I got a camera. I got a patio set to sit outside and the person who keeps the confusion in the neighborhood, got a neighbor who lives in another building to walk up and down past where I live when I come out to sit on my own porch and another neighbor to open her blinds when I'm out sitting on my porch."
