Jumping World

"It’s a good place to have some fun while you are in Beaumont. We drove at night and I was happy to see It was not hard to find. My kids had a lot of fun. There were a couple of things that could be better. There was a bday party happening and they could have used at least 2 more people working. Mainly because there was an incident at one of the jumping points and a lil kid from the party had left a lil bit of poop. when the staff finally cleared anyone from jumping there, there was another kid from the bday party trying to jump when the staff member CLEARLY SAID NO. Safety was a big thing for me. They could use more help. It had also rained the day we went and water was dripping from the ceiling. They had trash cans in different areas where it was dripping excessively but they could use a good remodeling. It would bring more people to that place. I’m not critiquing I’m pointing obvious reasons up to hopefully bring attention to managers or owner to consider making the place better. Like I said, overall a good place to go for your lil ones to play . We will be going back another time because we live so far away. The staff were really friendly, the place was colorful for kids, bathrooms were clean, and most of the jump sites were monitored."

"Very pathetic that we even came here today. My kid loves coming here because they have a kids play area to play in and we came in today and they said nothing about the children’s area being closed off they had a sign saying they were closed today but the girl still proceeded to allow us in so I assumed the signs were obviously invalid as they were clearly not closed…the sign did not say it was specifically the kids area that was closed. So we paid just to be able to jump and play with a ball. (Could’ve done that at home) I let the girl working know that she did not bring this to my attention when I was paying to be there and she denied to reimburse us so we could go elsewhere. She also said the kids area had flooded and it does this everytime it rains….sounds like a health hazard to me as mold grows from the play area our babies play in. Imagine that. Needless to say We will not be returning. Do better jumpworld."

"We invited some friends to meet us at Jump World. They had the best time. The place was very clean, organized and the snacks were well stocked. The employees were very nice and helpful! We will be back for sure!!"

"Kids had a great time. I had a great time. Had no idea there was as many options. Loved the ninja warrior section. I did not pass. Lol Was very fun trying. Parents, get in there with your kids. Total blast. Thanks! Service was... Eehhh. Had to refund me a couple times for wrong tickets per age. That they did and caught. Fixed. Took 20 min. Only needed one pair of socks. Paid for three because I could not wait another 10 min for that. Kids were ready to go and on time limit."

"Kids had fun. Very short staffed, I'm not from here so I don't know the situation. A good way to get the kids out of the heat to play around."
