"Great set up, great atmosphere, very clean. Food is good and what you would expect from a place like this. Machines are well maintained. Servers are very polite and friendly. The service is abysmal. Without exaggeration it’s the worst in Beaumont. Inattentive, forgetful, and meandering. Also, our 3pm lane reservation was pushed to 3:45 while we waited and weren’t offered a reason why. Clearly this is a management issue. They can feel free to breach out to me."
"It was my son and myself first time going here. My son has been looking forward to coming here since it was being built. There isn’t much to to do here in Beaumont, So it was a nice change of scenery, without having to travel far out of Beaumont. Convenient, The staff was amazing and very Accommodating and they attended to every need. The facility itself very clean , restrooms very clean. We enjoyed ourselves very much. The money was worth it."
"Had my daughters birthday here and our server Mike J made our experience worthwhile. He was great at accommodating our large group. Food was great! Lots of games to play my daughter did not want to leave. Will be back we all had so much fun!"
"Amazing place that offers lots of fun games for all ages. My favorite was the VR (virtual reality) games. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a weekend activity!"
"This was my 1st visit. Conveniently located by my hotel, I was able to walk over. All of the staff was friendly from beginning to end. My son and I had lots of fun, and our friends did as well. Will be back to try more food and games."
