"Dirty park. Always has used condoms in the parking lot and too much loitering. At night, cars are always parked there with people up to no good. The city really needs to clean this park up and the police should patrol it more often. I don't like to bring my kids there, because this park is the place for after school fights."
"Perlstein Park is a nice little space in Amelia area in Beaumont. There are not many benches to fit in but there is much greenspace to spread out and relax. There is a little water play area for kids and some equipment for kids as well. Parking is limited to about 18 spaces"
