"Nice. Clean pool. Large pet friendly park. Picnic tables, basketball court, play equipment for the kids."
"The main building of this park is also a Beaumont PD Substation, with security cameras on all sides and corners.... that's a good thing. The public pool is open until 8 p.m., and most of the picnic tables are under shaded big trees. Dollar General is 1.5 blocks north west of the park. There are three city bus on the eastbound side of Lavaca Rd."
"This place has a good bit of space for birthday parties and or family reunions etc. there is tennis, basketball, swimming pool and wreck rooms, restrooms. We did have an issue with a random woman breaking into cars while we had an event on the lawn!"
