"Personal experience but they never have anything in stock that's listed as such online, and vice versa. Was convinced to make a baby registry with them and the same day you add to that, it lists the items as sold out or unavailable almost every time. Also, the "gift" you pick up for having a registry with them is just small packs of the cheapest samples possible and a cheap plastic bottle. *At this specific location, don't bother trying to call any department because the line rings til it hangs up.*"

"They’re usually really nice but this morning I needed to return my boyfriend’s work pants and get a size bigger. I didn’t have any of the tags on it but she told me to just show her the receipt. I took a guess on which it was on the receipt since there were multiple pairs of pants. She looks at the pants and then looks me DEAD IN MY EYES and tells me “we don’t sell wrangler”. I know where I bought these pants from. The pants were on a separate receipt from the same day. I pulled it up and showed her, uh yes YOU DO sell wrangler because I know where I purchased it from. No apology. Nothing. If you’re gonna accuse someone of something at least know what you do and don’t sell."
"I am a loyal customer, but recent events made me not want to shop there anymore. I like to do pick up orders, and when I did that over an week ago, I got a notification saying that it’ll be ready within two hours. Two hours later, I get notified that they no longer had the product and that I can either switch stores, cancel it or get a free two day shipping. I chose the last option and it’s been getting delayed and my product still hasn’t gotten here. Yet, they restocked the product in the store not even two days after they were out. Customer service doesn’t help at all and I can’t even cancel to get my money back."
