"I don’t really leave reviews but the way we were treated here was insane. A family member was dying from cancer and we stayed here the weekend before for 4 nights while visiting, had a great experience. We stayed again the next weekend. We checked in, dropped our stuff, went back to the family house. Got back to the hotel at 1 am and realized our room hadn’t been cleaned. Like hair in the sheets from the last person. The front desk said there weren’t any other rooms and gave us a set of random sheets. We slept there because what else were we going to do? The next morning we asked for a refund for that one night and the front desk staff admitted they put us in a room that wasn’t on the list to be cleaned. They said it was our fault though because we didn’t tell them when we checked in. The way we were talked to (and about when they called the manager) was certainly the worst I’ve experienced probably ever. I tried to explain that we weren’t exactly firing on all cylinders, because ya know, mom dying. Beyond just bad customer service, just not at all kind in a really difficult life situation. 10/10 do not recommend."
"Requested my room to be cleaned when I went to work and when arrived back, my belongings were stolen. Was informed by managers that they couldn’t see anything on cameras and that the owner of the hotel could only reimburse on $100.00 I hade over $2000.00 worth of belongings. Don’t trust the cleaning ladies if you will be staying here."
"It was under construction but they were very accommodating, we were in a newly remodeled room with a kitchenette and it was awesome!! Would definitely stay here again!!"
"Freshly remodeled. Breakfast was great. Staff was nice. I hope they update the pool too."
