"Checked them out,first thing they don't answers the phone you have to leave a message. Its really annoying, especially when you just want to ask a question. You have to leave a message and they will call u back,when who knows. Before I called I went to the place they had moved left a small sign letting people know where I called 5 times Noone answers but they did have the new address on there. So I went to the new place its a doctors office I told the lady beside the desk Noone answers the phone here she was like yes we do i was like I called 5 or six time it just goes to voice message. The lobby was empty I don't think your that busy u can't answers a phone. Then Ia asking about the massagetherapist and her prices they aren't listed on the web site.she said u have to talk to her I want to buy a gift certificate. Then another lady walks in as I am asking how do I get the certificate over the phone to give to the person its for. I guess the reason they don't answers the phone is they don't like like to be asked questions. Rude the first lady thinks if u just repeat your self over and over again but faster each time is satisfactory. The other lady was like u can buy a vitality certificate for 100. 150. And they can pick what they want. I like to see a menu where it describes what you get for that amount of money. Don't think I will use them."
