"On March 31st (the day before my Mom’s birthday) and 2 minutes before they closed, I arrived at this particular Party City location. I felt terrible seeing that they were about to close, I should have checked the stores hours before driving there. The employees let me know about their hours and still welcomed me in. I ran to the birthday aisle and grabbed everything that I needed. The employees were courteous and even asked if I needed any balloons/extras. Mom’s birthday bash was extra special because of the decorations I got that day. Thank you Party City staff for being so helpful and not turning me away last minute, I really appreciate you guys!"
"They go the extra mile for their customers. I needed balloons for a party and it was too late to order online. I called to order them, but they did not take payment over the phone. The salesperson pulled the balloons and had everything ready so when I arrived and paid, she got them ready quickly."
