"Claire's at Central Mall in Port Arthur has the best employee by the name of Diana. She greeted me as soon as I walked in, she smiled n offered me help in shopping. Although the store was full of customers, Diana still told me about all the sales n the special they offered when piercing ears. I asked for head band and she walked me over to their huge selection. She never hesitated to help she was enthusiastic. I can almost bet I could of called her and she would of saved me a drive if she could. Store was packed so I left however, I plan to go back."
