"Nice guys, great cuts. Their haircuts are 100% NOT my style, but they are excellent at what they do, and are willing do about any style if you ask them. If the one guy is out, you should pull up Google translate if you don't speak Spanish, but they 10/10 give great haircuts, but need to raise the prices. If y'all keep doing it to cheap you'll go out of business, and my husband has hated every other barbershop he's tried, so please make sure you are covering your bottom line. Not trying to be bossy. Maybe you guys are covering your bottom line, but you could charge at least $5 more per cut, and leave a top jar on each barber station to bring in new revenue. Also, I would suggest putting up a children's play corner, hanging posters of your work, and putting up some kind of decor, or custom neon sign or something that's very 'instagramable' so people see it as a status symbol and post it. Y'all are free people and can do whatever you want, but that's just my 2 cents. Also, if you guys did coupons and promotions, like 10% off with visit to nail salon, you guys and the salon next door could market as a couples experience, where the man can get a discount if he gets his haircut, or if y'all cut someone's hair he gets a coupon where his girl/whoever can get 10% of nails on her next visit to the nail place. You guys are already VERY experienced business owners and thriving, but those are some additional things you could consider to grow a little more. Also, people are willing to pay more if they think a service is luxury, so don't think I'm crazy, and think your market will go away. If you put services too high ppl can, but if you add a few more dollars and make the experience FEEL more bougie (it's already very nice), you guys could be VERY VERY successful, instead of just successful."
