"I would have given zero stars but then you can’t leave a review. The store manager was extremely rude and refused to take an item back for exchange with a receipt tags on item purchased 2 days ago because it was purchased at a family dollar in a different location. Family Dollars return policy states any item bought in store or on line can be returned to any store with a receipt within 30 days. I guess the manager at the family dollar on airline has the authority to over rule the policies of a nation wide company and can make up her own policies whenever she feels like it!!!"
"Family Dollar is my go to for running in and out quickly. If it’s from household items, to soap or snacks, they always have what I need. And with the app I can use my $5.00 off of $25.00 which is a plus for me."

"My experience tonight at Family Dollar was scary. This store closes at 9:00pm on Sunday. The lights were turned off in the back and middle of store while I was shopping. I hurried up with my purchase to the counter. When I checked my phone I had 20 minutes to shop. Any other store I have shopped never turned the lights off on customers while they are still in the store. I feel like they purposely done this so I could hurry up and leave the store. This was so ridiculous and inconsiderate ."
