"I bought two parts from them that should have work together per their website (no disclaimer saying will not work with... Etc) these parts were also very delayed in being shipped to my house (roughly a month and a half) tried to reach out to them to return one of the two parts and they basically told me that since the order was placed over 30 days ago they could not return it (I did not receive my order till 45 days after the order was placed) whatever, I can resell the kit. But when I went to write a review to inform others that the kit will not work with the other part, they deleted my review. Will never do business with them again. And that's not a big deal because most of what they offer is just advertised and you can generally find the same products somewhere else cheaper"

"I originally tried to order a product from another supplier, but it was shown to be out of stock currently, with a 3 month back order. CP Performance showed that they had the same product in stock, but a little more expensive so I placed the order, because I needed the part. After two weeks I contacted CP Performance and was told that the item is currently back ordered. The website should have shown this discrepency, or at the least I should have been notified at some point by customer service, as opposed to me the customer having to follow up and trying to track down my order."

Customer service is great, very responsive. Prices may be higher than some online “mega-retailers”, but you get the product support along with the purchase. I will continue to do business here."

Shipping is always done quick and products packaged very well and updates sent after products have been shipped. Products are always 100% as described and pictured on their website. If you need stuff for your 80-97 ford you cannot go wrong with these guys. Would recommend them to anyone!"
