The wait time was reasonable and the environment was equitable as well. 3. All costs were explained to me before work was done, along with a visible justification. 4. Once the entire job was completed, they showed me what was done, along with a visible inspection. 5. Any and all consumers should expect this type of service. 6. "Brought it in for brake inspection, fluid replacement and tire balancing. They said the brakes were just fine but I insisted they change the fluid anyway. Could have just done it and I wouldn't know the difference but they took the time to keep me informed and let me make that call. Great customer service and job well done.
