"I was going here for oil changes and tires for about a year out of convenience. I didn't have any problems and they were generally pretty fast. However, the last time I went in, the employee at the counter told me that, for warranty purposes, they shouldn't have been using the brand of oil that they had been using for the two prior oil changes. No big deal to me, though that's on them for giving me the incorrect information. What really upset me is that when doing the tire rotation, they stripped one of my lug nuts on the front driver side. I didn't realize it until about a month later; luckily it was while removing my hubcap, and not during a flat alongside the road. Still, it cost me a replacement lug nut and a 12-point socket hammered on to remove the stripped one. There's no way that they didn't realize they stripped it, because it was BAD. Needless to say, they will not handle my vehicles anymore."
