"Went in to warranty a part, said they couldn't find it in their system. Tried to tell her to put HD behind it several times but all she said was I can't find it and wanted me to buy a new one. Went to Kirbyville O'Reilly and they pulled it up within 2 minutes! Everytime I go to this store I have to fight with them over warranty parts."
"The ladies just works in there is very knowledgeable. The man a pretty good got one always has an attitude with me. I try to stay away from him. But everybody else works very well with me they get everything I need"
"They are nice. But ensure you have the right part number. I've never gotten the right part from them. Also, I've caught them lying to me telling me "we have 1 part left in store," to find out they have more. But they are usually polite and want to he helpful."
