"This guy is the biggest scam I’ve ever seen I will never take a vehicle back here and I advise everyone to stay away from this guy. The paper I signed for a diagnostic says $135 and he tried to charge me $220. Then whenever I brought up the issue he became really rude and yelled at me and tried to charge me for other parts that were used on a different vehicle that wasn’t mine. He’s a scam and a liar. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP!!"
"My son was on his way to Oklahoma when his 2015 Chevy p/u broke down. Mr Garret had his friend tow it 6 miles. Never touched the vehicle told us the motor was blown and it would cost 28000 to put a new one. Then he told my son he found another for 8000 but wanted to add another 2000 just for the cost of the motor. Don't go there . He is a rip off and should be ashamed. Seems like he only has issues with a certain group of people."
"Mr. Garrett is a blessing to say the least! Today, myself and my passengers were having issues with our vehicle overheating. We went to his shop while it was closed and he fixed our truck within an hour. He was engaging while still being productive. What is even more amazing is that he was also teaching his son along the way! We spoke about the Lord and the experience was overall very pleasant and almost fun. Big ups to Garrett's Automotive!"
"Garret was super helpful and seemed trustworthy. I had a lump in my tire and pulled into his shop, he rode with me, identified the lump, and showed me another shop he would recommend to go to to get it fixed and even called Firestone telling them I was coming. All of this at no cost. Highly recommend!"
"This guy is rude talked to me like I was his child when all I did was ask him something about my car. Dude literally told me I was wasting his time and I’m sitting here going do you talk to your customers like that? I’m reading his reviews and obviously I’m not the only one. Wanted to charge me 600 dollars for a tune up and that wasn’t the issue it was a faulty fuel pump. I’m glad I saw him for who he really was and didn’t let him charge me for something that would fix nothing. If you want your car fixed take it to J/L automotive. They have awesome service and they’ll do the job right the first time"
