"A pretty good store to go to for deals. Went to get my wedding band and got a fantastic deal. The lady who helped me in the jewelry department was very patient even though the registers were taking a very long time to load. Also got some shoes and the lady checking me out was helpful in updating my account and being friendly. I went the other day to buy work clothes, and the dressing rooms could use better lighting and cleaning. But you get what you pay for and I didn’t pay much."
"This is the worst department store I have ever been to. Products are great but everything else I awful. My daughter and I came here to take baby photos in the portrait department. We walked around the entire second floor twice before we saw a small sign that says portraits. No directions specifically, we just went around a corner and down a hall that looked like it was going to a storage room and found it. That’s fine, we made it just on time for our appointment. Had to wait for 45 mins for the previous session, that fine I would want someone to be willing to wait for us to finish our session. While I’m waiting for our turn I wonder to the bay section to look at the clothes, picked out an outfit and headed to the checkout. No employees. Not one employee on the entire second floor. Went to the first floor, found people and checked out. Went back upstairs, still waiting on our turn, I figured I would use the restroom. Walked to the opposite side of the store to the restroom sign, only a men’s room. No signage for the women’s restroom. Had to walk back to the photo department and ask her for directions. This is ridiculous and here I am still waiting for our turn for photos. Is is now 50 minutes past our appointment."
