"Have stayed at this hotel a lot of the years for work travel and always had a good stay. Not at Star resort but an ok hotel. Stayed here last night and I don't know if they got a new manager or what but man the staff are rude. The girl at check in that I've never seen was not nice or helpful. She spent more time staring at computer lost than helping. Lady at the front desk this morning was just snappy and trying to act like this place is fort Knox when I used my room key to come through an entrance that has always been used to get to the breakfast area. Me and my crew are going to find another hotel to stay at from now on."
"I admit I was very skeptical at first, it looked a bit like a worn down hotel but once I got inside my room I was surprised to see it was newly renovated and clean. Definitely would stay here again (they ask for a $100 deposit up front)"
"The beds were too hard for us. But some people like hard beds. At breakfast, the warmer for the sausages wasn't working so the sausages were cold. I looked for a microwave to warm them up but couldn't find one."
"The location of this hotel was perfect for where we needed to stay. It was literally across the interstate from our destination. However, that’s all. The rooms were less than. There were mosquitos everywhere inside and the floor was atrocious! We went to eat the free breakfast and there was hardly anything set out. We asked, and the staff “reluctantly” went in the back and put out more eggs and sausage - on the first day. The second day we couldn’t find them. What was there was cold and very little. If the location of this hotel wasn’t perfect for our destination, we would NOT return."
"The only bad thing was the door keys. They kept expiring. Breakfast wasn't worth writing home about but We rented two rooms and didn't have any problems other than the keys."
