"I wish I could give 0 stars. I called on September 15th and spoke with Michelle who was very helpful. I went to the store on September 29th and asked for Michelle. She was not in the store so Desiree assisted me. She looked up the dresses I was interested in and said she could order either dress. When other customers came into the store she gave them her undivided attention and left me standing there. After about an hour she said she would take my measurements. Well, she then couldn’t locate a tape measure. She said she’d call or text me the next day once located. It’s been 8 days and I’m still waiting. I called the store earlier and spoke with Michelle. I told her what happened and she apologized but made excuses about them misplacing tape measures. I ordered my dress from The Red Carpet and received excellent service. My money is green and spends just like anyone else’s. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere."

"Called this location as well as the Baton Rouge location and the dress that I was looking for was only my at this location. My mother and I drove 45 minutes to the boutique only to not be greeted upon arrival nor asked for assistance unlike other shoppers. We looked at a couple dressed and help ourselves to the fitting room it was then after we tried on a dress on that a lady asked if we needed help and it was her first day working there. Once we finished I then spoke with a store representative and told her I called in the previous week looking for a particular dress. She remembered but I kindly explained to her that the disregard of me and my mother in the store was not professional. Please do better! Weddings are stressful and looking for a dress is as well and no matter the skin color please treat all customers the same!"

"I went in search for shoes and to kill time before my appointment in the bridal boutique above, but my experience at Chatta Box was nothing short of amazing. I found the perfect jumper for my mother to wear to my Las Vegas wedding! Everything in the store was fabulous, but Grace and Rebecca (I hope I got the names right) were the BEST part! They were super sweet and both took time to show my reluctant mother pieces that met my FLASHY expectation. Although my mother was concerned with the price, their service and the FABULOUSNESS of the sequin jumper sold us. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐They get 10 stars!"

"Chatta Box Boutique is a fabulous clothing store for unique items that no other store will have in the area. The sales staff are all truly helpful and are excited about helping you find that perfect item. The store is the perfect size for any of your shopping needs from formal dresses to casual chic to accessories (shoes, jewelry and handbags). Everyone is made to feel special when they walk into this store. Updated review: The chattabox team saved me by helping me find a last minute outfit. They patiently helped me find the perfect outfit..and even stayed late to help me. Beyond all of my expectations. Thank you all so much!"

"I went to this location to find a special outfit for an event. Rhona was amazing with helping out find the perfect outfits. She went out of her way to address all the requirements to fixing the dress that had a ton of snags on it. After manager informed ignored but her attitude was take it or leave it. Please step up management because your sales team need you to do your job in order to support her customers. But overall the sales representative addressed the concern and made our whole experience highly favorable. Thanks so much, Rhona!!!"
