"Amazing decor for a restaurant, this one has one of my favorite atmospheres in Lafayette. I think this would be a really good spot for an upscale date night or family celebration. I do wish there was a bit more variety for the seafood to choose from and I didn’t like any of the meat options other than the lamb. It didn’t have the absolute best food of the several hot pot places I have been too but the atmosphere makes up for it. However, the lamb, the rice cakes, and the oysters were amazing and I loved the barbecued options, including the barbecued shrimp and squid. It is pricy but definitely worth it every once in a while. If you have never done hotpot-it will definitely be a great introduction to it and the servers are extremely attentive and nice and are really helpful to guide you on what to do if you need it."

"As a first timer I was nervous but everything was well labeled and the servers were kind and informative. You don't have to worry about being judged for not knowing. They have projectors all over the walls showing hotpot videos and loud music that is cute"
"The decor is done nicely. Nice to see a Chinese restaurant spend some money to look and feel authentic. Plus, now we don't have to cook this at home. It's so much work. Bonus they have about 6 soup bases to choose from and each person can pick their favorite and spicy level. Great variety of meat and veggies. I've had hot pot enough times to know how to make my dipping sauce, but if they had a couple of recipes in the area I think it would be helpful for others."
