"Arrived on Thursday just at the 3:00 p.m. opening. Saw the Short line at the door and decided to wait 15 minutes in our car. Will certainly judge our timing better on a future visit. The music in the restaurant was intensely loud. So much so that our server misheard our beverage and steak order. This ended up with several additional trips for our server, not to mention the wasted food A serving plate came with dried food on it which was another wasted trip. Now I certainly realize that currently a high noise level in a restaurant is supposed to increase business. I have my doubts however. Now I'll end with some positive notes. The rolls- piping hot and delicious. The steak- tender and tasty. The Caesar salad- perfect. Our server Dylan- prompt, gracious and apologetic. -Henry"
"I’m not the one to usually complain but I’m kinda upset our server was great so no complaints to him but more or less it was the kitchen my husband had order a burger and he cut it in half and the whole inside was raw! Then I also had steak and I asked for well done and half of it was right then other side was pink like as in rare . Im pregnant so I can’t have any pink in my food so I was pretty upset with the out come I always love going here but this sat me back for going back for a while ."
"Hadn’t been here in years, decided to stop in for lunch, and I can say the quality definitely has changed. First off our app came out wrong, then the loaded potatoes came out cold ;/ terrible. The cheese nor butter would even melt, also water didn’t get refilled. The rolls however were still so delicious and warm"
