"The labor cost is way too high. Also, I would rather talk to a live person than a machine when you call the phone number. Other than the above, everything turned out well."

"My service man was the nicest guy! It was his retirement day! I didnt want to argue with a guy on his last day. He diagnosed my machine without opening it and testing the components. Didnt even put the unit in diagnostic mode to see the error codes. He told me that the unit needed a new display interphase board. $280+ for part not including labor. Total over $600! I refused the repair and paid $99 for the diagnoses. After spending some time on google and youtube i was able to get access to the main control board where i found a connection that was not completely seated. I reassemble the machine and ran it. Fixed! I have run it through three cycles with no issues. I think i am due a refund of my $99. I diagnosed and repaired my own machine. Your expert was ready to charge me over $600 for parts and labor that i didnt need."

"He did not come for freeze repair because he was given the wrong serial number. I was told to report the correct serial number BUT I have not been able to get in to your telephone service. Not happy with my Protective service at this point!!!!!!!~"

"He called my wife and said he wasn't working on it because it is an ongoing issue.. motherboard was changed and still doesn't work.. he said most likely a wire issue and he wouldn't cover it under our warranty... the stupid thing is he didn't even come out to see... he did this over the phone... why do I have a warranty with you if you won't fix the problem or send someone out to even look?"
