"i’ll never understand why a business has the phones off and unplugged .. i’ve called 20 times literally and even drove to the store and called inside the store.. and was told yall unplug due to bill collector calls etc.. yall need to get a new number or something this is unacceptable .. "This store is always so full of clutter . I was just in there they had so much stuff everywhere . And they had 5 carts in the aisles 2 in the middle and 3 down one aisle..which you couldn't even get down. I don't know the are still open it has to be against fire code"
"I picked up a lot of Shea Moisture products on a 25% clearance shelf and asked if they were on sale. Once the cashier told me they weren’t, I let her have them and I was going to find something else to make my total $25. While walking the aisles I believe the manager came and aggressively accused me of taking the Shea Moisture items out of a tote, I told her I found them on the clearance shelf multiple times then she ran off without apologizing. Terrible staff here. I would have bought the items if they were on sale it is not my fault if your coworkers put items in the wrong locations."
"The store is always in shambles nothing is ever fully put away it is hard to navigate through the store with the excessive boxes stacked high. You are rarely greeted when entering store except for the exception of one of the women who work there, she's always a doll( do not know her name but she remembers who I am every time) very kind person. The other people who work there are not rude but do not give much effort in customer service the store could use a little bit of revamping."
"The DG at Phelan and Major is a mess. They are never stocked. The isles are always to cluttered to get through. It is the absolute worst convience type store I've ever been to. That being said...it is getting better and they always have a great staff. Just don't ever count on what you need being there. I shop there almost every day and the customer service is always above par. They have so little to work with. I will continue to shop there for that reason although it does bother me that they give so little to their employees. Not enough hours and not enough pay. It's very disheartening."
