"I have had the pleasure and honor of doing business with this family-owned company since 1987. My grandfather built the very first house on Lela street with his own bare hands, it was companies such as Jack's hardware Travis Brothers, M&D Supply, SUTHERLANDS and McCoys that made it possible for Beaumont Texas to expand and grow into what it is today. There are few family-owned businesses still left who believe that customer service above all is the most important aspect of their business. Never once have I gone into Travis Brothers hardware & Supply and had to wait more than 5 seconds before being asked what can they do for me. It is such a pleasure to still be able to go into a company who is family-owned and takes every need of mine as if it was their own. I have never had to return an item, because they always provide me with exactly what I need."
