Burger King

"I literally came at 10:40pm to 11:00. Spent 25 dollars on cold food. I asked for everything to be fresh and I would wait. The old lady was huffing and puffing. Ringing up my order wrong. I get to the window and before I pay I tell her again, I would like everything fresh. She then throws my drink at me. I’m like ma’am don’t throw no drink. My fries had salt, my meat wasn’t off the broiler, I paid extra for a slice of cheese none. Then she wouldn’t give a receipt after asking. After 25 dollars that’s a waste of money. I want my refund or something done. Oh and a boy was in there with her."

"Horrible experience!!! The onion rings were old and the burger was old. I asked for no pickles and cut in half. They took the pickles off and icould tastethe pickles the ingredients were sloppy. The lettuce was brown. The best thing was my drink. The lady was rude and to top it off no receipt. I have called at least 5 times and no answer. NEVER GOING BACK TO THIS LOCATION¡!!!!!!"

"This location is the most unprofessional PLACE OF BUSINESS! they would have you wait 15 mins with no one in front you before taking your order. And this is the only location I experienced that with. Omg pleas have better trained employees. Also please stop asking us to pull forward and backwards to reset your timer. Horrible"

"Ordered a #9 with just cheese got it and had everything on it. Remade it was no problem got home and started eating noticed it tasted different and it had something else on it. Not very happy right now with my order and service"

"This bk is located In front of red roof inn. This unit has some of the nicest employees that I've seen in a long time. However the Unit mgr is not a very nice person. Her CS speaking skill is lacking. She also speaks to her staff in a condescending manner. The maintenance man is one of the worst employees as far as his speaking to a guest. It's nothing short of being just plain rude. The building is of an older type. It's kept very clean with exceptions its a fast food restaurant what do you expect. The food is not always hot and fresh. You can tell them please drop fresh fries, the mgr will tell them give them what's In the bin. Lets talk policies and state law. We all know there no smoking in a public restaurant. However you can always go outside and smoke as long as it's 8 feet from door. Well this bk says you can't smoke anywhere on property. There is no signage. They are the mgr and maint very rude about this. Taking photos of this burger King there are no signs that state no smoking. So therefore you should smoke outside of you wish. I am not fond of this one simply because of the way the str mgr treats its guests."
