Chili's Grill & Bar

"Even though it's a franchise chain restaurant, I wasn't impressed at all with the establishment, the food, and especially the wait staff. The waitress took over 15 minutes to get our drink orders and made no suggestions regarding menu choices or specials for the day. When our food arrived, the wait staff had no idea who was receiving what dish, and there was no 2 minute check-back at all. After asking for a sauce for one of the dishes, the waitress promptly went over to another table to talk to them and then take pictures with the family she was talking to. It took several minutes to get the sauce we had asked for. The food was okay; nothing to write home about. The establishment was a little dirty as well. I had to swipe the disinfectant spray and some paper towels off the table the bus-boy was cleaning so I could wipe all the food and debris off the table and seats that I had been seated at. Customer service has definitely changed in the past 5 years from already bad to much worse. One more reason I don't go out to eat often. It's usually very disappointing. I've received a response from the owner directing me to a 404 website that isn't working. ???????"

"Called in an order. Had the person read it back. Margarita grilled chicken, rice & beans. NO PICO. Order was wrong, tried to call back and let the manager know it was wrong. Got rudely interrupted before I could finish talking. I asked if this is how they do things here at this location, because we’ve been to 12 states and this was the worst management experience I’ve had. Drove 25 minutes back to pick up the right food minus the pico and a little more rice. Did get it but as I walked out saw the manager laughing at me. I guess this IS HOW chilis management handles things. DISAPPOINTED IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT!"

"I assume they were short staffed, and I could tell the frustration from the hostess. We did have to wait at least 10 mins before getting a table. It was very busy, several tables were empty but the ones that had customers, there were groups of them. The kitchen seemed behind as well. The food was good though, it just took a while for us to sit, get food and leave. They were trying their best to stay on top of it, but like everywhere in customer service, it is hard to find and keep a good staff. I got the Margarita grilled chicken. It may have taken a little time to get our food, but when we did, at least it was hot."

"Chili's restaurant provided us with a delightful dining experience during our stop on the way to Atlanta. We opted for the Cajun pasta (no meat) with penne in Alfredo sauce, which was an excellent choice for vegetarians. The dish was bursting with flavors, thanks to the perfect blend of chile spices, Parmesan, tomatoes, and green onions. The penne pasta was cooked to perfection, and the Alfredo sauce was creamy and indulgent. We also tried the Mushroom Swiss Burger with a Vegetarian Black Bean patty, and it exceeded our expectations. The patty was flavorful and had a nice texture, complemented by the earthy mushrooms and melted Swiss cheese. The burger was served with a side of crispy fries that were seasoned just right. The service at Chili's was impeccable, with attentive and friendly staff who made us feel welcomed. The restaurant had a warm and inviting atmosphere, perfect for a relaxed meal. We left Chili's fully satisfied, with our taste buds tingling and ready to continue our journey to Atlanta. We highly recommend Chili's for anyone craving delicious vegetarian options and a memorable dining experience."
