"This is by far the slowest fast food joint in Walker. If you're the only car in line, be prepared for a five minute wait MINIMUM before they even acknowledge your presence. God help you if there are other cars waiting ahead of you. You can plan on spending 10 minutes or more before you even get to place an order. But getting to the speaker is only half the battle. Now you have to navigate through everything they're out of. The last time I went, they were out of their newest burger, mini tacos, curly fries, and Dr. Pepper. I honestly don't know how this place stays in business."
"The employees two black lady could not have been more rude. No customer service and just complete disrespect. This was my first time eating at jack in the box and I know now it is 0/10 will never eat with this company again thank your awful employees"
"They charge $1.89 for a pair of tacos, almost double what they charge in California (99¢). And what do you get for that 91% added cost? Basically "air tacos" (see pics). It probably doesn't help that they stuff two tacos in one sleeve when it's supposed to be one sleeve per taco."
"I stopped coming to Jack In the Box due to the customer service until recently. Essence has completely changed my mind! She’s such a sweetheart and so accommodating. I usually come between 2-3am when they’re busy and she’s always so patient and polite, she goes above and beyond to make her customers happy and that is something I appreciate. You don’t see that often in fast food anymore. Thanks Essence for being so awesome!"
