"Ordered via app for curbside pickup. Woman next to me waited 26 minutes for her app order. I waited about the same (it was already paid ugh). People that came in drive thru well after I checked in received their orders before we received our "quick and easy" app orders. Our food was cold. They didn't even put enough straws in bag. Walked inside to get more straws."

"The Self Service Menu is functional but somewhat of a trick to navigate. There was no ketchup or ketchup containers in the condiments section. The employees seem a little understaffed and (understandably) somewhat stressed out. Not like the old days when there were lots of McDonalds Employees bumping into each other with a cheerful disposition. Not their fault nor McDonalds. It’s a symptom of the times. With High Inflation and a weakening Economy. Companies have to regroup in order to survive. The atmosphere is not the same either. I miss hearing the murmur of numerous conversations between adults as well as seeing the young children laughing in the play area. I actually kind of miss the place being packed full of people. Yeah it can be a hassle whenever a fast food restaurant is crowded and you’re on your way to work. But I personally, believe that a crowded McDonalds is a happy McDonalds. Not just for Businesses sakes. But also for the Community’s sake. Like an old American meeting place. But these days, especially now. It’s kind of like a ghost town. A bygone Era."
