"Set up an order for pick up. Pizza was 30 mins later than promised time. Workers inside didn't even acknowledge me. Pizza was cut all kinds of uneven, wings were all drum sticks, and I had to get my order off the rack after awhile of no one saying anything."
"Had an order placed through this store from the app. Used the reorder option that had my address used but it assigned it to a different old address. Noticed after the pizza did not show up and called and spoke to the representative who just sounded mad to even have to be there. Explained my situation and what had happened and apologized about the inconvenience, but she just sounded annoyed and did not want to hear about my problem. I was told that they will void my order but they will not make me anything new. Then told me to pay more attention. I informed her, that I will try to make sure that their app works properly next time. Woman was extremely rude the whole time and just mean."
"Been going to these guys for years and I absolutely love their pizza. Kids and wife love their cheese sticks as well. The only food item that needs improvement is the wings. Over the years, the quality of their wings has gone way down. Papa's of theirs is anyway you can bring back your old wings, that would be awesome!"
"The guy making the pizzas was very rude. Intern his rude words made a co-worker of his become rude towards me as well whenever I entered back into the restaurant to get my pizza. I was only being nice I'm not really sure what they got from what I asked and I know they were in a rush but the guy cooking the pieces was very rude for no reason at all"
