"Unbelievable to me how slow they are. The management did not seem at all professional. Very first time I went there they had nothing on the menu. They took over an hour and a half to get our food out and still did not get everything ordered. The drain lid in the parking lot was removed and my 4 year old daughter almost got her foot in it and that could have really hurt her. PLEASE FIX THIS RESTAURANT. I love Arby’s but will drive two cities over just to avoid the new one in Walker. HIRE PEOPLE WHO CARE ABOUT THEIR JOB FOR THE LOVE OF GOODNESS!"
"My first trip here didn’t go so well. I showed up at 8:00 pm and ordered a roast beef sandwich and was told that they were outta roast beef. How do you run outta roast beef when that’s basically all you sell? So I went home hungry. But, I went back a few days later and got my sandwich. That was the best roast beef sandwich I’ve ever eaten. So they redeemed themselves far beyond expectation. So yeah, 5 stars."
"Y’all really just don’t want customers right? Food is always wrong or burnt. Arby’s has a decent menu just no follow through from workers. Also who on earth wants their lettuce this shredded on a sandwich????"
"I usually like stopping here when I have to work late, but this time I got attitude when I wanted to make sure he heard me say large. Last time they didnt and I left with more than what I would have gotten, so that's a loss for ol Arby's. When I got to the house my "large" fry had less than I've ever seen. Of you don't like your job go work else where. The older gentleman was nice though."
"Freakish roller coaster property elevations. After maneuvering the drive through, you will be forced to again run the obstacle course to escape when asked to pull forward into a parking space to wait for your “fast food”. The only way out is back around again. I will give them this, this entire property is a monument to really bad design and apparently no building code."
