"(Jasper, TX Popeyes)This was worst Popeyes I've ever been too. Out of items we wanted so ordered spicy tenders. They were not spicy, they were cold, and tough. The area out front and dining area was very dirty. No napkins in dispensers, we had to clean our own table."

"Went to the drive thru, and they were taking one persons order, cooking their order, and giving it to them, then they would take the next car. It took me 30 minutes to just tell them my order and an additional 20 to cook my food. Once you are in the drive thru and people come up behind your car, you are stuck there for close to an hour. I ordered two things during the diner rush time, so there were about 8 cars behind me stuck going through this long wait. We oreder two meals, a chicken sandwich meal and a chicken tender meal. It took 20 minutes to get the order after placing it. I think they cook to order, which if that is the case is one of the reasons they are so dang slow! Also, they need to take more than just one order to help make the line flow. My advice is to not go here, and hopefully, they will get new management or shut down. That would be the only good thing to have happen here. There's no reason someone's wait time should be over an hour in a drive thru. This place is a joke."

"This was amazing Pitt stop! Was expecting meh ok but got wow that was good!!! Little small but idc that’s going to be our new Pitt stop! We travel a lot and always going through there if you have a chance swing in people there are awesome! And the food that chicken melts in your mouth!"

"Went through drive thru, waited a few minutes the said " hello", a few minutes later a woman said " I'll get to you when I have time, I'm short handed. She then repeated herself again " I'll get to you when I have time". This was about 3:35pm on 1-5-2024. This Popeyes are always slow. This is the first time I encountered such a rude person. I won't be going back there."

"Their staff runs around and does all kinds of different jobs and because of that customers are waiting longer periods to get their food instead of them sticking to the one job that they're supposed to be doing they wanna do everybody else's job. I was really disappointed in the quality of the service"
