"Well that didn’t take long! QT looks like all the other nasty convenient stores around Ruston. Dirty Dirty Bathrooms, no TP, paper towels all over the floor, also they haven’t been moped in a while. Floors are dirty. Toilet was filthy! Also took 25 mins to get a pretzel and never got the cheese. Boils down to 1 thing … management! GET IT TOGETHER QT or buc cees will show you how it’s suppose to be!"
"Stopped this morning and grabbed coffee and a fountain drink. My first time in this place and I was impressed at what is offered. They have alot of grab snacks, road food and even hot food you can order off menu and everything you can think of to drink with it. As you have read in other reviews this place is pretty much brand new, brand new fuel tanks which is a big plus. They have my attention with good coffee, but had no stirring sticks, which the counter guy apologized for and I was assured was being rectified. I can easily see this being a regular stop when I'm in the area."
"Awful, no coffee again this morning. This QT has to be the worst I’ve ever been to. I’m sure this is all due to the poor management."
"Place is brand new, and the "Free Air" for your vehicle tires machine doesn't even turn on or work. Moreover, it has not worked at all from the opening. Maybe corporate should probably look into getting a fully functional gas station stop with the basics like gas and air before selling the flash and rushing to open and sell jerky and coke at high prices. With the cold weather air in tire is very useful."
"Been to many quick trips across the country. This one just opened and should likely close soon if they don't get it together. It's 8am and no food out. The sandwich cases are literally bare. I managed to find one croissant sandwich and it was obvious that it had set there for some time. I feel bad for Ruston....the way the town's people were so excited to get this store and Buckees...only for it to be managed by lazy staff"
