"I usually love IN-N-OUT Donuts, I go multiple times a week. However today I ordered a french vanilla cappuccino among other things and when I went to dispose of it, I took off the lid to pour the remaining out and I found ants in my cup and lid. (pictures below). I have never been so disgusted in my life. The fact that I was drinking bugs without knowing almost made me vomit on the spot. The ants could not have come from anywhere else since I had my cappuccino in hand while running errands so it wasn’t like I just left it sitting somewhere. Will not be ordering anything again. At least not from this location."
