"Every employee here is extremely incompetent and incapable of doing such a simple job. The wait is horrendous and the service is terrible. You would think after waiting 45 minutes for a meal they would surely have the order correct… WRONG. You didn’t get extra pickles or mashed potatoes. Actually all your pickles are bunched up in the bottom of the bag and not even on your burger. It takes some serious talent to be half as ignorant and lackluster as these employees."
"It's the most inconsistent place ever. Tonight after waiting 10 minutes in the drive thru they're out of chicken strips, gravy, and sweet tea. The mgnt. does NOT care about fixing the problem because it's a constant complaint I've made more than a few times for a couple of years now. I try to get a meal there but they can never fill the order. So, why even try anymore."
"I live within 2.5 miles of this restaurant and I have been 3 times and all 3 times the chicken was cold, fries soggy and cold, biscuit hard as a rock, and the mashed potatoes and gravy were Luke warm. I can’t believe the food there cost money. They can’t pay me to eat there. I tried to get on the Popeyes website to complain but they didn’t give me a receipt with my order so I am unable to tell corporate how bad the problem is at the location. They need to fire everyone and start over with a new crew."
"This Popeyes Is By Far The Worst and Cant Ever Go Back Here Again. They Are Extremely Unprofessional and Lazy. Seems As Though They Never Have Your Complete Order or You Have To Wait For An Hour Even If You Put In A Mobile Order. Workers Have Horrible Customer Service and That Whole Location Needs To Be Shut Down and Start Over. If I Could Give This Popeyes A ZERO I Would. This Youree Drive Location Is Just Trash and Needs To Be Closed. Unprofessional, Unreliable, and Just A Waste Of Good Land. I Hope The CEO or President Sees This and Takes Action. Thats How Awful This Popeyes and Their Workers Are"
"Nasty restaurant, rude unprofessional mangers and employee's. They need to close the whole store and clean, clean , clean. Customer service is horrible at this place of business.. I also have a video of the employee standing around doing nothing while the restaurant is nasty. They should be cleaning when it's slow. The picture below is of a tea bag being left in the tea urn for so long. Pictures are from a former employee.. this is ridiculously nasty.. I will never ever go to the establishment ever again..please fix it !"
