"This is my favorite local McDonald’s! I’ve visited twice when I really wanted their specialty shakes (The grimace birthday shake and now the shamrock shake) and their ice cream machine was actually working!! I even went to get a shake after working really late and wasn’t there until midnight and the ice cream machine was still operational. To add to that, the staff is always nice and pleasant when I’m going through and I’ve never had an issue with getting exactly what I ordered!"
"This McDonald’s use to be one of the best. Now it takes forever to get simple food out. The other day it took 30 minutes to bring out 3 burgers. I went in and it was literally people just standing around and that was a curbside order that they didn’t pay attention to at all. Today, I order in drive through and it takes a super long time again for food and for the line to move. They need to revamp or retrain the employees. Or get some that care of this location."
"Take the time to drive to literally ANY other McDonald’s but don’t make the mistake of stopping at this one. I’ve never waited less than 20 minutes for food here. And it’s ALWAYS cold when I get it. They tell you to pull forward into a spot to keep their line moving then take their dear sweet time bringing the food out. This location is the opposite of fast food."
"I occasionally go to this McDonalds during lunch and the service is usually fast and the employees cordial. Today, we had to wait 45 min for our two person meal and others were claiming they had to wait about half an hour for theirs. They forgot to give us our drinks and it was messy inside, too. I’ll go for 2 stars on this visit."
