"I’m pretty sure my food was made yesterday and heated up. Everything I ordered tasted old…. My fries were cold and stale and unfortunately I didn’t notice until after I left the drive through and got to the nearest stop light. My chicken sandwich was sloppily made and the chicken had that “day old” taste to it. My sweet and spicy wings were definitely made yesterday. I’m confident they shouldn’t look or taste the way they do. I don’t normally come to this Popeyes and will definitely not be back again. Do not recommend."
"Okay if you know me when in Louisiana I have to get Popeyes. This location was okay. The chicken wasn’t the best I’ve had in Louisiana, but great compared to where I live. The chicken was fresh just lacked that flavor I was expecting, and the mashed potatoes was GROSS . The service was fantastic, like phenomenal."
"Seemed to have a bad kitchen manager as they were out of few items like filets and straws. Manager was disconnected and dismissive of me when I came inside. The guy working the drive through was very courteous and helpful when I came back inside to get an extra sauce. Associate > manager"
"When I tell you disgusting! Paid $24 for food we threw away. Asked for half/half NOPE, I requested fresh french fries NOPE, guess the manager didn’t have time. The red beans and rice were literally uneatable. The rice was hard!!! We tried to eat it but we were spitting out rice. Unacceptable!!!! Take pride in your service & especially the food!! My entire order was trash!!!! The young man (dreads) & lady ( blonde hair) working the front counter had good customer service!!!! Thank you!"
"So the first thing is the speaker is broken and that should have been a red flag to drive off. So we waited in the drive-through for about 20 minutes before we finally pulled up to the window to place an order. They seemed confused on how to place an order… And so we gave them the phone with what we wanted, and they were out of strawberry lemonade. They gave the receipt and there was a bunch of wrong items on the receipt, the service is very slow. I mean so slow you could take a nap, wake up, and your food is still not done. Never, I mean, never come here. Like ever."
