"I will be 100 % honest I got excited looking over their menu and saw they have sweet potato pie as a dessert. My online order consisted of shrimp etoufee over rice , two catfish fillets with crinkled fries . Both meals also had a slice of bread cut in half. My mom and I threw our bread away. The shrimp etoufee was ordered for my mom . She originally from South Louisiana unfortunately she didn't enjoy it was too peppery (her word). Now that she's a senior citizen she doesn't enjoy spicy food. I could smell that seasoning on her and my catfish meal. I tried the shrimp etoufee, I didn't eat a shrimp but except for the spicy smell the rich was bland to me. Now my catfish was received hot and flaky . The sweet potato pie isn't very sweet so hopefully my mom will like it. The actual name of this business is House of Soul Lounge"
