"Improvements are much needed at this location. Johnny’s is my family’s favorite and we decided to give this location a try. Was not satisfied. I personally called several times to ask questions about the salad bar before I drove all the way over there. No answer. Against my better judgment I went ahead and went. I personally witness the phone ring constantly. No employee even attempted to answer it. The location was not busy enough for this. Saw kitchen staff huddled up on cell phones, vaping, and such while the front employee was running the front, drive thru, make pizzas, and bring to the tables. The salad bar was neglected and what was there was either frozen or mush. My pizza bowl was awful. It might as well been soup. Very carelessly made not even worth eating. On a positive note the young man running the front was very nice and definitely had passion in his job. He definitely deserves praising. You can tell he doesn’t have a team to back him up."

"The management here on Southern Loop location is horrific. It’s impossible to call a pizza in and most times the staff ignore the pickup window. Leaving one person to work the register/order area insufficient to say the least. There have been times it has taken 45 minutes to receive an order in house."

"Johnny pizza is always one of the best pizza places around. This location was fairly clean. Has lots of room for dining. If you haven't had it, you need to try it. "Sweep the Swamp" says nothing but Louisiana in it's taste. A little different from original pizza but definitely worth eating... so good :)"
