"While I have had wonderful experiences with the retail store, I would not recommend enlisting their service department. They came to my house to change out the sand in my pool filter without scheduling with me first, and didn’t even let me know that they had done it until a week later. At that point I had already changed the sand myself, as I wanted to get it done before the season ended and I hadn’t heard from them. When they called to let me know that I owed payment, I expressed my concern at the lack of communication and questioned whether the work had actually been done. I was told they would look into it and call me back. Instead, I received and invoice a week later for the service. (Although when I called about this I was told the balance was zero). This was an unnecessarily stressful experience, and I will not be requesting service with them again."

"Need replacement bulbs for underwater pool lights. Platt had them for $134 each and order only. These folks had them for $30 each and had them in store. I had a couple of technical questions, so they took my number and called me back with the answer. When I pulled into the lot, they actually came out with the product in hand."

"While Pool & Spa house is great for getting your pool supplies I won’t be using them for maintenance and repairs. Our pool heater went out in May, we called, they couldn’t come out for weeks. When they did they threw their hands up and said nothing could be done because of “codes”. We called and asked what they recommended. They had no recommendations. I called Precision Pool and Spa who came out the next day, ordered a new heater and had us up and running in a week. And the “codes”, we looked them up and our set up was just fine."

"A young man named Will at the pool house has been so incredibly helpful to me dealing with my below ground pool. First, he had to fix our dolphin robot cleaner, and after he did, he called me a few times to make sure it was still working. More problems with that silly robot, but he just came by my house this afternoon and picked it up! I couldn’t believe it. He also spent about an hour trying to figure out why my pool is so cloudy and we found out there’s some sort of clog going into the filter. He’s going to talk to maintenance tomorrow to see how soon they could come out and help me All of this was for free! Anyway, I am very impressed with the Pool house and the professionalism of Will and highly recommend them."
