"I do like this place and the people who I worked with while here, during the holidays of 2022 into February of last year. However, I was not paid the last day of my shift due to lack of any communication. Was told by Christine that I would be paid in person the following day but heard nothing back. Have called several times after but nothing came of it."
"Super long line with only two cashiers working even though multiple employees are walking around the store not doing anything productive. The hair clips I picked up had 2 price tags on each. I asked her if she could honor the lower price of the two and she said no. Tag your items correctly or expect to honor the lower price. Bad service."
"Excellent customer service now that the store manager Camille is there. She is so friendly and welcoming not just to my family but she is this way with all of the customers. Good customer service is very important to me! Will is also great, he is so nice, very professional and always makes shopping fun. My family looks forward to going to Marshalls to see all the friendly faces."
